SNI Companies is looking for a skilled professional to join our legal client's team as a Title Examiner responsible for reviewing real estate title documents. This role focuses on analyzing property records to ensure accurate title reports and identifying relevant parties for addressing delinquent property taxes.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize title examination materials.
• Review and analyze legal documents related to property titles.
• Compile run sheets summarizing recorded documents affecting property titles.
• Provide information on property ownership, filed liens, and legal property descriptions.
• Research and identify parties associated with delinquent tax accounts.
• Interpret court cases and other legal documentation affecting real estate titles.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this position starts at $24.00 an hour. Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday; 7 AM-4 PM or 8 AM-5 PM (flexible hours)

• Proven experience in title examination (1-3 years required; 3-5 years preferred)
• Familiarity with office environments
