Description

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager in coordinating all aspects of the self-storage facility project from inception to completion.
  • Assist in preparing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, to maintain project alignment.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress, enforce quality control, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in construction, ideally with exposure to tilt-up construction methods or similar commercial projects.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with teams and stakeholders.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to managing challenges.
