We are building out our GTM team with the addition of a Demand Generation Manager. This new role will be crucial in aligning closely with our sales team to develop and execute campaigns that drive pipeline growth and create awareness in the marketplace. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to craft compelling demand generation strategies that resonate with our target audiences. This is will be an inbound demand gen role and focused on revenue marketing

The Role:
Close Alignment with Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to understand goals, customer needs, and market dynamics, ensuring that demand generation strategies are effectively supporting pipeline development. Campaign Development: Design and implement integrated demand generation campaigns that drive awareness and engagement around EHS/ESG solutions. Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, email campaigns, events, webinars, and social media, to maximize reach (Content syndication, Direct Mail, Webinars, other avenues outside of paid media, other creative tactics to drive pipeline) Lead Generation: Develop and optimise an inbound marketing channel that attracts and nurtures high quality prospects and ensures a consistent flow of qualified leads for the sales team. Content Strategy: Work cross-functionally to create compelling and educational content that addresses the pain points of our target audience, positioning Intenseye as a thought leader in EHS solutions. Data-Driven Insights: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Utilise insights to inform future strategies and tactics. Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for positioning and differentiation in the EHS space. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and support throughout the customer journey. Qualification:
3+ years of experience in demand generation, within a disruptive start-up / category creating technology or SaaS sector company. Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation and inbound marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth Skill set requirements: In Content syndication, Direct Mail, Webinars, other avenues outside of paid media, other creative tactics to drive pipeline Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to inform marketing strategies and decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems - SFDC, Copywriter, Landing Page Development, Hubspot, Sendoso, Google Analytics, Lead Conversion, Gong, LinkedIn, 6sense Bonus if you have experience with Account-Based Sales and/or are Account-Based certified Quick Facts
