The Administrative Assistant will be integral to maintaining our customer service standards and ensuring efficient data management.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service.
• Manage email correspondence and schedule appointments as required.
• Accurately process data entry tasks and maintain customer records.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) for various administrative tasks.
• Assist in coordinating events and committee meetings, ensuring smooth operations.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials and manage online platforms.
• Handle accounts payable tasks, including coding and basic bookkeeping.
• Support the grant application and reporting processes.
• Order necessary supplies for events or meetings, including food and transportation.
• Utilize AI tools to increase organizational efficiency.
• Oversee social media and marketing initiatives as needed.• Proficient in answering inbound calls and maintaining a detail-oriented demeanor.
• Excellent customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to handle customer queries effectively.
• Experience with data entry tasks, including maintaining databases and updating records.
• Ability to manage email correspondence, responding promptly and detail-oriented to all incoming messages.
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and basic formulas.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook for managing email, calendars, and contacts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating, editing, and presenting slide presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents.
• Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings efficiently.
