We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity in the real estate and property industry in Charlotte, North Carolina, for an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be primarily involved in document management, communication with tenants, and administrative support in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Compile various documents into a single PDF file and distribute to tenants
• Manage a high volume of administrative tasks efficiently
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks
• Exhibit effective time management and organizational skills
• Assemble billing packets and invoices
• Send out invoices to tenants and ensure receipt
• Provide assistance to coordinators as needed
• Maintain regular communication with tenants via email
• Occasionally work from the office to complete specific tasks
• Use PDF and administrative assistance skills effectively for smooth operations.• Proficiency in using PDF software for creating, editing, and managing documents
• Experience in administrative assistance, preferably within the Real Estate & Property industry
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of real estate terminology and practices would be advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of discretion and confidentiality for handling sensitive information
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Proven record of punctuality and reliability
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification, a degree in Business Administration would be a plus
