Our client is seeking an IT Business Analyst - OTC Derivatives to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Collaborate closely with business partners to analyze and refine regulatory requirements provided by Federal authorities and DTCC. Prepare detailed Functional Requirement Documents and translate business requirements into technical requirements for the Development team. Conduct gap and feasibility analysis, recommend alternative solutions, and prioritize project deliverables. Develop detailed use cases and functional scenarios to guide the development process. Support the UAT team in end-to-end testing by providing sample test cases and tracking defect statuses. What's Needed?
6 - 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst for large, complex systems. Knowledge of OTC Derivatives and the ability to read back-end Python code for basic debugging. Familiarity with CFTC/Dodd Frank, ESMA/EMIR, and MIFID rules is preferred. Experience working with AGILE methodology in software development. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. What's in it for me?
