Job Description
We are offering a contracted employment opportunity for a HR Recruiter to join our team in New York. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, utilizing Greenhouse software, and requires someone who is comfortable with job posting on LinkedIn. The role also extends to payroll, which would be a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Utilizing Greenhouse software in the recruitment process.
• Assisting in full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to candidate selection.
• Comfortably posting job vacancies on LinkedIn to attract potential candidates.
• Ensuring the maintenance of accurate and updated records of candidates and their progress through the recruitment process.
• Managing and resolving candidate inquiries in a detail oriented and timely manner.
• Overseeing the processing of payroll, although this is not a mandatory requirement.
• Conducting background checks of potential candidates to ensure their suitability for the role.
• Utilizing communication skills to effectively liaise between potential candidates and the recruitment team.
• Implementing the Applicant Track System for efficient management of candidate profiles.
• Using the CRM system for effective management and tracking of candidate profiles.
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is a must• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is required
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential
• Experience with Careerbuilder is preferred
• CRM skills are necessary for this role
• Ability to use About Time software effectively
• Applicant Track System knowledge is important
• Understanding of Background Checks process is essential
• Demonstrable experience with Benefit Functions
• Exceptional Communication skills are needed
