Employment Type: Full-time, Direct hire
Compensation: $50,000-$65,000/yr
Work Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, 40 hours per week, Onsite

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Process job requisitions to hire for replacement and new positions
- Post open jobs, recruit, interview and evaluate candidates
- Coordinate job fairs and build community networks
- Prepare new hire packets for new hire process
- Participate in new hire orientation
- Maintain HRIS employee records and prepare monthly employment status reports for quality, HR and compliance
- Assists with compensation claims, unemployment requests, terminations, FMLA, OSHA and other leave of absences
- Coordinate annual performances and employment verification requests
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or related field
- Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience
- Knowledge of licensing agency HR requirements preferred
