About Our Client:
Our client is a growing organization with a shared HR services model across multiple companies. They are seeking an HR Business Partner to manage HR functions, support employee relations, and lead HR projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will align HR strategies with business objectives, manage benefits administration, employee relations, and oversee performance management systems. This position will also handle various special projects, such as updating employee handbooks and improving HR processes, while providing support to management and employees to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer benefits programs, including health, welfare, COBRA, and leave management (FMLA and Non-FMLA).
- Process monthly insurance billing, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Oversee the annual open enrollment process and provide support to employees.
- Address employee relations issues, conducting investigations and offering guidance to management.
- Provide coaching and performance management support to leadership teams.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, including I-9 processing and special projects.
- Partner with payroll on tasks such as bonuses and benefits during employee transitions.
- Organize employee engagement activities, including community service and celebrations.
- Manage HR projects like revising the employee handbook and updating performance management modules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of HR experience, including benefits administration and employee relations.
- Experience with benefits billing, onboarding/offboarding, and performance management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong data entry skills.
- Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred, but not required.
