Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing the company's financial accounts and assets
• Implementing and supervising the company's financial strategy
• Conducting the company's financial audits with integrity and precision
• Handling the company's transactions and debts effectively
• Forecasting cash flow to ensure financial stability
• Adhering to proper accounting procedures to achieve financial objectives
• Monitoring and analyzing financial accounting data for strategic decision-making
• Creating detailed financial reports based on data analysis
• Managing the company's payroll, budget, and cash receipts
• Utilizing accounting software systems, including ADP - Financial Services, BlackLine, Concur, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient operation.• Position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager/Supervisor
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is necessary
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a must
• Experience with BlackLine software is highly desirable
• Knowledge in the use of Concur is required
• Applicant must be well-versed in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Understanding of Accounting Functions is essential
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is required
• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is needed
• Prior experience in Auditing is a plus
• Familiarity with Billing Functions is a must
