We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor based in Irvine, California. The role encompasses the handling and supervision of the company's financial accounts, the administration of accounting software, and the management of accounting functions.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the reconciliation of the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
• Execute comprehensive analysis of employee expenditures
• Administer both income and expenditure accounts
• Generate the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data
• Regularly monitor the company’s financial status
• Ensure timely filing and remittance of taxes and other financial obligations
• Implement and manage financial and accounting software used by the company
• Utilize accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning tools
• Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Conduct auditing and oversee billing functions.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential.
• Must have practical knowledge of BlackLine.
• Familiarity with Concur is a must.
• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary.
• Must have a deep understanding of Accounting Functions.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required.
• Must have experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Auditing skills are essential.
• Must have experience in Billing Functions.
