We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Agent in the New York area. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will be tasked with managing customer service inquiries, redirecting calls, and maintaining customer records. This role is integral to ensuring the highest level of service is delivered to our customers. We are primarily seeking candidates bilingual in Cantonese and Mandarin and also open to candidate's bilingual in Spanish and Russian.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to customer service inquiries for registrations

• Redirect calls to the appropriate department within the call center

• Maintain and update customer records using data entry skills

• Use Microsoft Office tools to keep track of customer inquiries and responses

• Ensure positive and personable communication with each customer interaction

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Assist with email correspondence to address customer inquiries and issues

• Process order entries promptly and accurately

• Schedule appointments for customers as needed

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to organize and manage customer information.

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette

• Previous experience in a call center customer service role

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve queries and complaints effectively

• Accurate and efficient data entry capabilities

• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and promptly

• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing

• Experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings effectively

**Bilingual in Cantonese, Mandarin, Russian, and Spanish.
