We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in the Medical industry, based in Miami, Florida. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries through phone, email, and text. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer records and processing customer applications.
Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Using the customer relationship management tool to document interactions and issue replacements.
• Taking ownership of customer situations and finding effective solutions.
• Analyzing customer information to prepare product or service reports.

• Acquiring a comprehensive understanding of our business to provide top-notch customer service.
• Processing customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintaining customer credit records, ensuring they are up to date and accurate.
• Exhibiting a positive attitude and bringing enthusiasm to work every day.
• Working as a responsible and reliable team player, contributing to the overall success of the team.
• Demonstrated experience in handling inbound calls, ensuring customer queries are addressed promptly and with a focus on quality.
• Bilingual Spanish
• Strong customer service skills with a dedication to delivering high-quality service.
• Proficiency in data entry, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively, addressing customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, capable of managing a high volume of calls efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, using these tools to manage and organize information.
• Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, managing and coordinating schedules to optimize operations.
• Fluency in the Spanish language, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of customers.
