Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a Program Manager for an exciting opportunity developing new capabilities for the Sentinel ICBM weapon system at Hill Air Force Base (AFB), Utah. This position will be accountable to the Branch Chief for tasks and will serve as a focal point for assigned projects for the program. This person will coordinate, write and review all documentation related to the program and assist the customer with task management. This person will support several Integrated Product Teams (IPT), interact with stakeholders on a regular basis, and advise and assist the customer regarding the needs of the program. The program will design, develop, produce, and deploy new payload system suites (reentry vehicles and/or countermeasures). Key next generation payload attributes include enhancements in accuracy, lethality, and ICBM Reentry System/Reentry Vehicle (RS/RV) interoperable operations. Program activities will include enterprise task management and project support to engineering and program management departments. \ASFS Required Education, Experience, & Skills Required education: Bachelors Degree. Technical experience with military weapon systems (ability to understand/interpret technical data, read engineering diagrams/drawings). Exceptional communication skills. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Air Force/DOD/DOE acquisition experience. Air Force Program management experience. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $103590 - $176130 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
