Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) who is ready to lead our organization towards innovation and operational excellence. As a vital member of our executive team, you will collaborate with the Chief Executive Officer to execute strategic initiatives that shape our organizational culture and enhance the effectiveness of all programs. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering collaboration within the organization and driving impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Cultivate an organizational culture characterized by accountability, innovation, and empowerment.
  2. Lead and mentor executive team members, including program Vice Presidents, in achieving both strategic and business objectives.
  3. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine comprehensive business strategies, ensuring alignment across all functional areas.
  4. Oversee the daily operations and programs to boost efficiency and overall performance.
  5. Conduct operational analyses to identify opportunities for cost reduction, program improvement, and necessary policy updates.
  6. Design and implement innovative, mission-focused programming and diversified funding strategies.
  7. Utilize data-driven decision-making to establish program targets, assess impact, and ensure financial sustainability.
  8. Ensure compliance with all internal policies as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  9. Champion continuous quality improvement processes and assess outcomes in partnership with key stakeholders.
  10. Identify and integrate technologies, processes, and systems that enhance organizational effectiveness and resource utilization.

Required Skills

  1. Outstanding leadership capabilities with a solid foundation in core leadership practices.
  2. Strategic mindset complemented by a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  3. High emotional intelligence and adept negotiation skills with a proven ability to build effective teams.
  4. Extensive knowledge of corporate regulations and industry standards.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Records systems.

Qualifications

  1. Master's degree in mental health, social services, or a related field; a postgraduate degree in leadership, business, or finance is preferred.
  2. Licensure in MFT, LSW, PsyD, LPCC, or a related field is mandatory.
  3. A minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience, including at least three years in an executive leadership role.

Compensation And Benefits

  1. Salary range: $190,000 - $230,000 annually
