Accountabilities:
- Develop scalable methodologies and tools to optimize and streamline core processes that make up the employment lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, timekeeping, payroll administration, compliance, and compensation/benefit administration. Identifies opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Implement and optimize HR systems, ensuring they are efficient and scalable.
- Evaluate existing HR technologies and make recommendations for improvements that enhance user experience, data accuracy, and operational accuracy.
- Lead cross-function automation initiatives that improve HR service delivery and reduce manual effort to drive productivity and employee engagement.
- Lead vendor selection processes for HR systems and solutions that will enhance the People Operations function.
- Create people data analytics capabilities by partnering with various stakeholders and HRBPs to understand data needs, create data reporting functionality and provide actional insights to support decision making.
- Support rapid growth and mergers by developing and leading the transition plan for system integration and people operations process alignment.
- Leads the People Operations team to deliver high quality and responsive HR services, programs, and procedures, ensuring the team can effectively address the opportunities of a highly dynamic and fast-paced organization.
- Manage, mentor, and develop team members by providing guidance and leadership to ensure high performance culture within the team.
- Collaborate with IT/Technology internal teams and external vendors for shared accountability and delivery.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners in the planning, development, and implementation of major policy and business initiatives to ensure a cohesive approach to HR service delivery.
- Oversee annual compensation cycles, including performance-based merit and variable compensation programs.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, including at least 5 years in leading HR Operations with a track record of successful execution of human resources programs and operations.
- Expertise in creating/implementing processes and systems to automate, simplify and improve HR ops across the organization.
- Expertise in creating actionable data analytics.
- Background in M&A with a focus on operational excellence and change management.
- Experience working in a matrix environment with key partners in the IT/Technology team and external vendor management.
- Degree in HR or related field.
- SHRM Certified Professional or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
