* Looking for someone who wants to move into a fulltime role *Job Description:* *Our customer is looking to add a Helpdesk/Deskside Support Technician that can serve as a jack-of-all-trades type of a resource. Someone that can own all helpdesk/desktop type tickets, troubleshoot and escalate as necessary. They are looking for someone to truly own the Helpdesk/Desktop space.* ** Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive and customer-centric approach.* ** Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and support various levels of executives* *Top Skills' Details*
* M365 suite, user and group provisioning via Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune (MAM and Windows, policies and packaging), MS Teams, Windows 10, Ticketing intake/creation/management * Nice to haves: Windows 11, MS Teams Rooms (for conferencing), Azure Virtual Desktop, FreshService ticketing or similar tools such as ServiceNow *Skills:*
