DescriptionWe are in search of an SVP Human Resources to become an integral part of our team in the Financial Services industry, based in LOUISVILLE, Kentucky. The SVP Human Resources will be tasked with managing employee relations, ensuring compliance, and overseeing hiring processes. Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage all aspects of employee relations to maintain a positive work environment• Ensure company-wide compliance with all relevant laws and regulations• Work with different employer groups, both corporate and service employees• Oversee payroll and benefits functions, including those related to unions• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations• Use excellent communication skills to effectively relay information to all levels of the organization• Manage the functions related to employee benefits.Requirements• Proven experience in the Financial Services industry• Expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM)• Ability to manage various Benefit Functions• Excellent Communication skills• Strong understanding of Compliance regulations within the Financial Services industry• Experience in handling Employee Relations• Proficiency in managing various Hiring ProcessesJob typePerm
