As a Senior Director of National Sales, you’ll be responsible for leading and building our relationship with strategic national distributors, brokers and for accelerating our growth in Retail. We’re looking for candidates with a passion for sales, a proven track record of growing revenue in a fast-paced sales environment, and excellence in people leadership.What You’ll Do:As a dynamic leader, you’ll have the opportunity to drive the success of a large distributor business and a talented retail sales team. This is your chance to make a big impact with Coca-Cola’s Chilled Nutrition powerhouse brands (E.g. Simply, Fairlife, etc.). You will work with 120+ distributors (e.g. McLane, Coremark, etc.) to get our brands to small stores across the USA, driving distribution in retail channels such as Drug, Value, and Convenience.Lead and inspire a high-performing team of 7 direct reports and a large cross-functional team to deliver results that matter.Oversee a 120+ distributor network to grow sales, increase volume, and maximize profits in the beverage category.Deliver the annual business plan and identify growth levers to exceed key performance metrics.Collaborate with key retail sales leaders across the Drug, Value, and Convenience Retail teams to unlock growth opportunities and drive mutual success across multiple channels.Partner with our Broker partner to execute with excellence.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior-level Merchants, ensuring their needs are met while advancing Coca-Cola’s agenda.Lead the modernization of our distributor network, turning partnerships into strategic, future-focused collaborations through digitization, data innovation, and optimizing investments.Execute impactful business initiatives on time, monitoring performance to ensure success and adjust strategies as needed.Be a thought leader, culture champion, and part of the Emerging Channels Leadership Team, helping Coca-Cola become the best place to work in NAOU Retail.Qualifications & Requirements:MBA preferred.
