The Receptionist will greet and assist visitors, manage incoming calls, handle administrative duties, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. - Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Provide visitors with information about the company, its services, and its location.
- Ensure all reception areas and common spaces are presentable and welcoming.
- Assist with other tasks or projects as assigned by the Office Manager or supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
