Think Tell Junction We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Receptionist to join our team and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our visitors and staff. As the first point of contact for our organization, the Office Receptionist will play a crucial role in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth communication among team members.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Manage and schedule appointments and meetings for staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Perform clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and faxing documents.
- Assist with mail and package handling and deliveries.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to operate standard office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phones.
