Our client, a leader in technology innovation, is seeking a Hardware Test Engineer to join their team. As a Hardware Test Engineer, you will be part of the RF Hardware team supporting wireless hardware development for silicon platforms and products. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Hardware Test Engineer Location: Cupertino, CA What's the Job? Build out rack-based RF test setups capable of running fully automated hardware characterization test campaigns. Ensure test setups are fully calibrated and running at maximum efficiency at all times. Run test setup automation tools to collect parametric data on cellular hardware designs. Collect measurement data from the test stations and provide it to design engineers for review. Collaborate with test automation engineers to debug test script/station issues, and to ensure rack equipment and test software is up to date. What's Needed? Associates degree or higher in electronics, or 3-5 years of experience in hands-on RF test and measurement. Experience in RF test and measurement methodology and equipment in the 600MHz to 6GHz frequency range. Experience with spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes. Scripting and script debug experience (Python, Matlab, etc.) is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. What's in it for me?
