The Full Desk Recruiter will split their time between new client acquisition, nurturing current client relationships, and successfully executed talent searches that lead to candidate placements.

Experience:

• Proven Staffing Professional with a passion for Relationship Building, Strategy Implementation, and Winning.
• (2) Years: Account Management Experience
• (5) Years: B2B Sales Experience
• (3) Years: Recruitment Experience
• Relationships and/or Familiarity with relevant companies in the Construction, Maritime, and/or Renewable Energy Industries.
• Experience Analyzing Sales Reporting, CRM Data, and Business Trends.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct customer-facing visits to strengthen existing business relationships, market growth and brand recognition.
• Identify, Attend, & Strategically Leverage Trade Shows, Relevant Associations, & Conferences.
• Develop Prospect Lists and Regional Sales Strategies.
• Utilization of CRM & ATS Software across
