The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. Maintain high standard of cleanliness in accordance with the procedures and policies set forth by the company.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Interact with all guests and employees to positively affect interactions with guests and employees and demonstrate resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions.
  • Work effectively and courteously with fellow employees.
  • Responsible for cleaning all floors, windows, walls, stairs, and elevators.
  • Responsible for vacuuming all floors.
  • Cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking all restrooms.
  • Mopping floors around the bars, restrooms, and entrance.
  • Responsible for removing all trash and debris from floors, and trash cans. Trash and debris are to be deposited in the compactor and cardboard in designated dumpsters.
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.

  • Responsible for containment, clean-up, and disposal of all biohazards throughout the property.
  • Completes all company-required training with designated times.
  • Occasional after-hours work is necessary.

  • Assists in the hiring process; interview, hiring and training of new associates
  • Orients housekeeping staff and assists housekeeping supervisor.
  • Conducts regular inspections and makes recommendations to the facility
  • Communication with staff, administration, and other departments
  • Coordination of outside services (i.e., Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Medical and Solid Waste, Document Destruction, and Recycling program)
  • Assist supervisor with employees' needs.
  • Maintain an elevated level of good housekeeping and care of company assets in the field, vehicles, shop and worksites.
  • Stay aware of Best Practices. Develop and recommend improved work methods and Standards.
  • Extended hours during seasonal planting and occasional after-hours work are required.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year's experience in housekeeping or service-related field with high customer/client contact required.


Working Conditions
Work involves the regular, and at times sustained, performance of heavier physical tasks such as walking over rough or uneven surfaces, bending, stooping, working in confined spaces, and lifting or carrying with assistance moderately heavy (20-50 pounds) items and occasionally very heavy (100 pounds or over) items; or it may involve the complex operation of powered machinery or shop equipment requiring the manipulation of multiple controls, fine adjustments, or both. The work environment may be dirty or involve exposure to various elements such as chemicals, dust, fumes, cold, heat, noise, vibrations, or dampness, where work exposes the employee to potentially non-disabling injuries.
