Our Client in Avenel, NJ is looking for a Direct Hire Maintenance Technician on the 3rd Shift. Hours 11PM to 7AM

- Analyze and repair mechanical systems, troubleshoot breakdowns, and identify areas for future concern.
- Analyze and repair electrical systems, troubleshoot breakdowns, and identify areas for future concern.
- Safely handle the installation and relocation of equipment and machinery, ensuring proper functioning in production and support areas.
- Analyze and repair pneumatic systems, troubleshooting breakdowns, and identifying areas for future concern.
- Analyze and repair hydraulic systems, troubleshoot breakdowns, and identify areas for future concern.
- Troubleshoot and repair all CNC and pneumatic equipment on production lines, including installing and setting up new machinery.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Servo drives and motors, software-controlled CNC
- machinery, and PLC's.
- Proficiency in selecting, using, and safely handling tools and equipment.
- Experience with Mechanical Systems, Electrical Systems, Equipment Installation and Relocation, Pneumatic Systems, Hydraulic Systems and CNC
