This role a new role being created to support our growth initiatives! A successful Project Manager will lead multiple engineering projects using project management fundamentals to define plans and technical performance to milestones. This role is also responsible for ensuring accurate cost basis and/or pricing through evaluation of resource requirements and performing project risk analysis.
We are looking for someone who can lead by example, has an engineering background, experience managing projects (CAPM or PMP preferred), exceptional communication skills (verbal/written), and who can and will exemplify our core values of integrity, commitment, innovative thinking, customer service, and teamwork.
Salary ranges for this position are determined based on the job location and can be adjusted based on experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing the expertise and contributions of our individual teammates. The salary range for this role is $105,000- $128,000 annually based on experience.
