About the Role We're seeking an Account Executive to drive our startup's expansion. This key role will oversee sales and outreach initiatives to our Enterprise customer base. As one of our first non-engineering hires, you'll play a crucial part in shaping our growth strategy and execution. What You'll Do Strategic Execution : Implement plans to close deals with Fortune 500 companies and other top-tier enterprises that can benefit from our AI solutions. Relationship Building : Connect with key decision-makers, including executives, directors, and procurement teams. Business Development : Prospect new leads along our SDRs, Qualify new opportunities, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. About You Experience : 5+ years as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS or AI technology. Track Record : Proven success in closing deals with large enterprises and managing complex sales cycles. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with the technical nuances of Generative AI and can translate complex concepts into clear, engaging narratives. Creative and Proactive: A self-starter with a knack for innovative problem-solving and project management, able to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
