Position Overview:
As a Senior Associate or Vice President, you will be a key player in the execution of specialty lending transactions. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to identify, analyze, and execute investment opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities. Assist in the structuring and execution of specialty lending transactions. Prepare and present investment memos and presentations to the investment committee. Monitor and manage portfolio investments, including financial performance tracking and reporting. Develop and maintain relationships with borrowers, sponsors, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with a lean team in a collegial and entrepreneurial environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. 4-7 years of experience in investment banking, distressed debt, or special situations. Proven track record of closing transactions in a fast-paced environment. Strong technical skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
