Aloha! One of Hawaii's largest and oldest banks is looking for an Access Management Analyst. They will be responsible for providing enterprise-wide support to fulfill account and role provisioning requests in a timely manner. Work closely with business units to ensure accounts and roles are provisioned according to business needs while adhering to access management program guidelines and bank security policies. Lastly, assist with collecting and reporting performance metrics, training and supporting team members, and leading reviews for various audits. Other duties will include: Implement and/or support IAM technical platforms, including any upgrades, patches, systems troubleshooting, and implementing security related functions to ensure operating SLA are met as designed to support critical customer service functions. Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for application integration to IAM, IGA and other technical solutions. Conduct and lead the execution of aligning applications to IAM Governance framework. Develop and maintain detailed technical, process and security documentation related to the technical platforms supported. Execute day-to-day Identity and Access Management control activities using the various IAM technical platforms and systems. Control activities include Access Certifications and Reviews, Segregation of Duties, User access provisioning, etc. Deliver process improvements utilizing IAM systems. Remediate and manage non-human accounts. Participate in operational and tactical planning within a team environment. Involved in design, architecture, implementation, and support of various Cloud Platforms within the Cybersecurity IAM roadmap. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of relevant technical experience within Information Security or Identity Access Management. * Strong knowledge and experience with Azure AD, AD, MFA, SSO, IGA tools, PAM and AWS. * Working knowledge of Windows platforms, Unix/Linux platforms and databases. * Working knowledge of Office 365 including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint. * Working knowledge with audit, operational risk, and controls. * IAM Program Management. * Experience with IAM applications, tools, and processes. * Platform Migration and/or implementation experience. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
