Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cold Calling & Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Frisco, TX. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales or business development, with a focus on staffing or IT services. Fresh graduates with a marketing background are also encouraged to apply. This role requires an enthusiastic individual with exceptional communication skills who can build relationships, identify client needs, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling and outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce Staffworxs LLC's staffing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Identify and understand client staffing needs, and present tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Schedule meetings and follow up with clients to advance the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client acquisition strategies.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

  • 6-12 months of sales, cold calling, or business development experience preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with a marketing background will also be considered.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.

Qualifications
