Think Tell Junction We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional events that create memorable experiences for our clients and attendees. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, including corporate conferences, social gatherings, and community events.
Responsibilities: Plan and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality standards Collaborate with clients to define event objectives and requirements Manage budgets, track expenses, and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and transportation Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and maximize attendance Oversee registration processes and manage on-site attendee experiences Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or related field Proven experience as an event coordinator or relevant role in event management Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Flexible schedule with a willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed Benefits:
