Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master

Position Summary: As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex technical projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. This contract role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Scrum master for multiple Agile/Scrum teams.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects.
• Develop detailed project plans with JIRA, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation and generate metrics from JIRA
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage the work in take/Enhancement requests .
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Communicate project status, progress, and any changes to stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions to drive project progress and resolve issues.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Document project processes, decisions, and lessons learned.
• Assist in the creation of executive presentations and decks to effectively communicate project status, outcomes, and key metrics to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Experience managing complex technical projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
• Experience in creating and delivering executive presentations and decks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience in the SaaS industry.
• CSM or other relevant project management certification.
