Position Summary & Duties: Hunt, Guillot & Associates (HGA) is seeking a Strategic Accounts Manager with a background in Engineering Consulting. This role focuses on generating new business and strengthening client relationships in the engineering consulting space. Strategic Accounts Manager Key Responsibilities: •Develop new business opportunities in engineering consulting services across multiple industries (oil & gas, pulp & paper, specialty chemicals, renewables). •Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. •Pursue sales leads via cold calling, networking, and industry events. •Prepare and present technical sales presentations. •Collaborate with internal teams on proposal development and negotiations. •Gather and analyze client data to align solutions with their needs.Qualifications: Strategic Accounts Manager Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field (or Associate's Degree with relevant experience). •5+ years of business development experience in engineering consulting. •Established contacts in relevant industries (oil & gas, pulp & paper, chemicals, renewables). •Proficient in MS Office and social media networking (LinkedIn, etc.). •Experience with budgeting, proposal development, and negotiations. •Located in: The Woodlands, TX; Ruston, LA; Baton Rouge, LA; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Tulsa, OK If you have a strong background in business development within engineering consulting, apply to join our growing team at HGA!
