As we scale, we are seeking a Senior eCommerce Manager to lead our digital growth, optimizing Formula Fig's online presence and driving sales for our proprietary skincare line.

Role OverviewThe Senior eCommerce Manager, Growth will drive Formula Fig's digital sales and growth strategies, ensuring that our online platforms are optimized for exceptional customer experience and high conversion. This role will focus on enhancing our website, launching a CRM, expanding our reach through emerging platforms, and working closely with the agency Invisible Dynamics to solidify our DTC strategy. The goal is to transform Formula Fig's online presence from passive to explosive, fueling our eCommerce flywheel in 2025.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Ownership: Be fully accountable for eCommerce sales and revenue targets, with a clear focus on driving growth across all online channels (website, social, email/SMS/affiliates, etc.). Regularly report on sales performance, KPIs, and provide actionable insights to optimize digital channels. E-Commerce Strategy: Develop and execute an overarching e-commerce strategy to drive online sales, enhance digital presence, and align with business objectives. Focus on increasing conversion rates and maximizing ROI. Website Management & Optimization: Lead the management of Formula Fig's website, ensuring full optimization for user experience (UX), search engine optimization (SEO), and conversion rates. Digital Channel Growth: Enhance digital marketing efforts across email, SMS, and social media, collaborating with the marketing, content and creative teams to deliver cohesive brand messaging and drive traffic. TikTok Shop Expansion (TBD): Set up and manage the TikTok shop, ensuring seamless product listings, promotions, and content to drive engagement and sales. Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze data and e-commerce metrics, leveraging insights to optimize digital strategies and identify new growth opportunities. Cross-Functional Project Management: Lead and coordinate teams on key projects like product launches, promotional campaigns, and website updates, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals. Customer Journey Optimization: Own the customer experience across all digital touchpoints, ensuring a smooth and engaging online shopping experience that reflects the brand ethos. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a Junior Digital Manager, setting clear expectations, providing guidance, and empowering them to take ownership of day-to-day tasks. Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability within the digital team, ensuring alignment with broader company goals. Digital Innovation & Trends: Stay on top of emerging digital trends, consumer behaviors, and eCommerce innovations in the beauty and skincare industry. Propose and implement new strategies and initiatives to stay ahead of competitors and enhance the customer experience across digital channels. Customer-Centric Focus: Continuously improve the customer journey, ensuring a seamless shopping experience across all touchpoints (website, social media, mobile, etc.). Collect and analyze customer feedback to implement improvements that increase customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value. Metrics-Driven Approach: Establish a strong data-driven culture, using analytics tools to measure and track performance. Regularly adjust strategies based on the data to drive conversion and growth. Analyze customer behavior, sales data, and user experience metrics to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement. Budget & Resource Management: Own the digital budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness in campaigns, technology, and tools. Balance resource allocation for maximum impact. Ensure that the team is properly equipped to execute initiatives on time and within budget. Qualifications & Key Skills

Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team, fostering collaboration and a results-driven environment. E-Commerce Expertise: 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in beauty or skincare, with a strong track record in driving online sales and optimizing digital platforms. Digital Marketing Proficiency: Expertise in digital marketing tools (SEO, paid search, Klaviyo, Shopify, etc.) and trends. Experience managing TikTok shop is a plus. Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time and within budget. Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, guide decisions, and improve performance across digital channels. Strategic & Growth-Oriented: Strategic thinker with a proactive, innovative mindset and a focus on driving growth and adapting to market changes.
