Description
Plan, budget, and execute commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
Manage schedules, resources, and subcontractor activities to ensure timely delivery.
Oversee procurement, permitting, and compliance with local and state regulations.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks while ensuring safety standards.
Provide regular progress updates, including reporting on financial performance and milestones.
Profile
Experience:
At least 5 years of proven experience in commercial construction project management. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. Skills:
Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in project management software. Attributes:
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Certifications:
