Summary

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing strategic and tactical support across digital platforms. This individual will collaborate with members of the client services and digital marketing team to complete projects that will help our clients meet their goals. Will be responsible for gathering and organizing internal and client assets and information while providing administrative, operational, and marketing support to help drive client initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop, propose, implement, and optimize text and banner ad campaigns on a variety of platforms (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn Sponsored Content, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads) and for Clients targeting a variety of audiences with complex and overlapping needs Manage SEM campaigns within a predetermined budget and under a target CPA Analyze and report on Client website performance, ad campaigns, and social media efforts Consistently and proactively monitor Clients' content marketing and campaign/website performance, supported by proactive recommendations, best practices, A/B testing results, and generalized optimizations Develop and deliver regular website and campaign performance reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders with a high degree of accuracy Respond to questions about SEO and Campaign tactic best practices Awareness of generative AI and potential/current applications, and an interest in utilizing Create and manage dashboard and analytics reporting processes Assist with internal and client presentations Support the marketing department as a team player willing to brainstorm, offer new ideas, step in to help when needed. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field 2-4 years of experience in online advertising at a company with primary responsibility in digital analytics ROI, and involvement in a robust, growing online presenceKnowledge in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Display Marketing, Retargeting, CRM Previous administrative and marketing experience preferred Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on multiple, overlapping digital properties Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan ahead, judge priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines Self-starter and multi-tasker Organized, attention to detail, and good problem-solving skills Positive engagement, attention to detail, and superior communication skills while collaborating with clients and internal teams Polished communication skills and the ability to present to clients professionally and with a positive attitude under pressure Strong sense of what makes something visually appealing and easy to understand - in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and online in websites, social media accounts, photos and video Google Analytics and Google Ads (Search & Mobile) certification required by start date Familiarity with the life science industry and regulations affecting healthcare communications and advertising Knowledge of current Inbound Marketing best practices and how to leverage various elements of marketing automation to fit the needs of various campaigns, Clients, and target audiences Positive engagement, attention to detail, and superior communication skills while collaborating with clients and internal teams Ability to come up with creative ideas for Clients to increase their online presence while achieving their online goals A determination to ensure stringent quality control process for all deliverables
