Job Description

IT Security Specialist technicians are in charge of daily setups, deleting, and maintaining individual user accounts. The technician is responsible for application provisioning, share drive access, and email configurations. Individual must be self-motivated, able to work independently, with an analytical mindset.

What you will do: Contribute technical guidance, Assist and support on team projects and new initiatives Ability to support and test scripts and macros Logically determine the criteria to run network reports Monitor team ticketing queues, supporting user requests Manage and record support requests and resolutions within ticketing system. Coordinate with IT Teams to resolve technical issues while taking ownership of end user problems. Tier 2 and 3 troubleshooting and support network share access, application access issues, and resolutions Display a strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Compliance, & Audit policies and how they mesh with the teams procedures and practices Strong knowledge and understanding of MS Active Directory, Organizational Units, Groups, and Group Policies Configure, modify, and troubleshoot Active Directory user accounts Provision and modify security access to shares, applications, servers, and email on multiple platforms Responsible for Onboarding New Hires, Transfers, and Terminations of employees and Contractors Tier 2 and 3 user support requests via ticketing system or email Familiarity with two factor authentication; setup and support Provision and support external/internal audits Adhere to strict rules and regulations when following procedures as per company policies and SOX Government/Compliance guidelines Create and update documents, policies, and procedures Work closely with business users and support teams to ensure exceptional service and support Collaborate, discuss, and document technical requirements, technical risks, issues, and opportunities with other team members and external stakeholder. Show strong documentation skills for how to guides, troubleshooting techniques, and company communications Ability to verbally and visually articulate responses to company personnel's questions and concerns on all Internal Security supported processes Work with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions that align with business needs. Provide support outside of normal business hours to address issues or new initiatives What you will bring to C&F:

Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Security Certifications or 5+ yrs. working experience preferred. Microsoft Windows 10, Servers 2012, 2016 and Citrix environment experience required Windows Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange administration Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange; Outlook configuration and administration Familiar with Macros, Scripting, PowerShell and Hyena software Prior knowledge and experience with Cyber Security and Compliance best practices Exceptional communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Outstanding organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills Adaptive, responsive with can-do attitude and an eagerness to help others Ability to work independently and within a technical teams Travel may be required What C&F will bring to you

Salary ranges are available for all positions at this location, taking into account roles with a comparable level of responsibility and impact in the relevant labor market and these salary ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with prevailing market conditions. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $50,600 to a maximum of $77,000. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee's contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
