We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to become a part of our team in the financial services industry, located in Cornelius, North Carolina, United States. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and involves processing customer applications, managing customer records, resolving inquiries, and overseeing customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls and provide exceptional customer service.
• Accurately process customer credit applications.
• Maintain precise records of customer credit.
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner.
• Manage data entry tasks and maintain customer records.
• Conduct email correspondence with customers regarding their inquiries and applications.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks including order entry.
• Schedule appointments for customers as per their convenience.• Proven experience in Answering Inbound Calls, demonstrating the ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
• Prior experience in a Call Center Customer Service role, showcasing problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities, including excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Proficiency in Data Entry, with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Experience with Email Correspondence, demonstrating strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage both Inbound and Outbound Calls, ensuring all customer queries are addressed promptly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create spreadsheets, use formulas, and manage data effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, including the ability to create, edit, and format documents efficiently.
• Experience with Order Entry, demonstrating the ability to process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Ability to Schedule Appointments effectively, ensuring optimal time management and organization.
