You are a passionate self-starter who is both detail-oriented and a creative problem solver. Highly organized and naturally curious, you like to build new things as much as operating and optimizing existing marketing programs & processes. You're skilled in design and copywriting, and are able to create engaging digital content to help tell compelling stories and drive engagement. You've been a part of a high-performing marketing team and know the importance of the customer lifecycle.

What you'll do

Lead the development of SafetyChain's digital advertising strategy, identifying new growth opportunities and leveraging emerging ad formats to drive innovation in the B2B food and beverage manufacturing sector. This is a critical role for helping to expand the reach of SafetyChain's brand and thought leadership, as well as drive audience engagement. This role involves creating and managing targeted digital campaigns across search engines and social media platforms, working closely with the marketing team to drive qualified inbound leads and nurture conversions.

Responsibilities include:

Develop and execute SEM strategies across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI. Manage paid social media ad campaigns on platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, optimizing for engagement, conversions, and brand awareness. Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to refine ad targeting and improve campaign performance. Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.), providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations. A/B test ad copy, CTAs, and creatives to continually improve ad performance and conversion rates. Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and calls to action. Collaborate with the website team to create high-converting website landing pages that align with campaign goals and drive lead generation. Optimize bidding strategies, budget allocation, and pacing across multiple channels to achieve optimal results. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of digital ads with email campaigns, landing pages, and other lead nurturing programs. Manage and report on digital ad spend, ensuring campaigns stay within budget while achieving KPIs. Desired Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years in managing SEM and paid social media campaigns, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment. Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X). Strong understanding of Google Analytics and other analytics/advertising platforms. Expertise in bid management, keyword research, ad targeting, and campaign optimization. Experience with A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO),. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights, including ROAS and conversion metrics Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
