We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who hasmexperice with full-cycle recruiting . We are looking for a candidate who will take our recuriting department to the next level. Work with company management to design and implement overall recruiting strategy. Constatnly update and develop job posting, sepficiations, and descriptions so that we are attracting top level candidates Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate areas. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc. Screen candidates resumes and job applications. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Other responsibilities may include: Involvement in administrative tasks: filing, phone calls, reminders, etc. Perform other duties as assigned or required. Position Requirements Job Requirements 5+ years experience in full-cycle Recruiting. Proven track history of identifying and selecting quality candidates. Ability to multi-task between various tasks. Strong employment history with at least one job of 5 years in length with no job hopping. Technologically proficient w/ ATS and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
