CornerStone Technology Talent Services (TTS) is seeking a CX Senior Product Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping strategic initiatives through a customer-centric lens. This role is central to driving the quality, creativity, and delivery of human-centered digital products for our clients and their customers. We are building a versatile team of designers with complementary strengths in either UI or UX capacities.
The CX Senior Product Designer will collaborate across disciplines, including research, service design, content design, engineering, analytics, product managers, and CX leadership. This individual will help solve pain points, empower users, influence stakeholders with clear rationale and strong visual and verbal storytelling, integrate feedback, and create energy and alignment through strategic vision and creative innovation.
Essential Functions of the Role
Build scalable frameworks such as UI and/or UX components, libraries, workflows, and collaboration tools.
Translate branding and design patterns into solutions applicable to diverse experiences.
Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to align on concepts and requirements.
Develop end-to-end user experiences using appropriate tools and fidelity.
Create interactive prototypes, wireframes, and storyboards to test and communicate ideas.
Establish trust through customer insights, root cause analysis, and feedback integration.
Iterate quickly to explore multiple solutions for a given problem.
Advocate for inclusive design standards for desktop, web, and mobile platforms.
Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate research, strategy sessions, ideation, and testing.
Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in design.
Key Success Factors
Experience: 3-5+ years in visual, interaction, or product design with an impressive creative portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
Communication: Excellent presentation and collaboration skills with a natural ability to work within cross-disciplinary teams.
Tools & Methodologies: Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Cloud, and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Prototyping: Ability to create prototypes and storyboards to showcase multiple design concepts efficiently.
Design Systems: Experience contributing to and working with established brand guidelines, style guides, and design systems.
Adaptability: Comfortable working from low to high fidelity designs and iterating quickly.
