Job Summary

Under general supervision, develop and implement marketing plans, promotions, trade shows, and other marketing/sales strategies for various market segments. Provide guidance to product divisions and sales based on market insights.

Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, and divisions on development and execution of a go-to-market strategy.

Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.

Conduct market research and strategic planning to meet sales growth goals. Collaborate in the development of new products, programs, and services. Compose, develop, evaluate, and conduct training on market segment to sales. Collaborate, participate in, and coordinate promotional activities or trade shows.

Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identify needs for new products and services and make recommendations to leadership. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, customers, and associations.

Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.

Work Experience:

At least 2 years of marketing experience (e.g., marketing plans, promotions, trade shows, and other marketing/sales strategies). Experience leading marketing campaigns that drive return on investment. Experience in creating and executing a full marketing plan for a business segment, including tracking and measuring outcomes.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

Ability to understand customer needs/priorities and skills to apply that insight to develop innovative and effective marketing programs that generate sales. Ability to collaborate with internal resources to develop marketing tactics that meet department goals within budget and established timelines. Demonstrated ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willing to travel up to 25% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Preferred Requirements

Education: Master's degree.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $115,440.00 - $173,160.00 Annual. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
