The Float APRN will be assigned to cover
Walk In Center and Primary Care locations mostly in Stamford but also Wilton, Greenwich, and surrounding locations as needed.
There is no specialty coverage required. This full-time APRN will coordinate the care of Walk In Center and Primary Care patients age 14 years and up, triaging patient phone calls and needs.
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week. Shifts vary based on location assigned. Primarily 10-hour and 12-hour shifts. 1 weekend (Saturday and Sunday) per month.

Obtains patient health history and performs physical examinations Orders preventative diagnostic procedures and provides health counseling Evaluates and treats episodic illnesses Provides medical and advanced practice nursing management for patients with chronic illness Selects appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions Obtains consultation and referral as appropriate Qualifications
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of CT A Master's degree is required for entry level practice. An APRN license in the state of CT prior to start date is required. Family Medicine Training required Minimum of one year of APRN experience required
