Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a short term contract employment opportunity in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is based 100% onsite and requires an individual who can efficiently manage a variety of tasks ranging from handling inbound and outbound calls to maintaining office organization.

Responsibilities
• Handling inbound and outbound calls in a courteous manner
• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
• Accurately completing data entry tasks and maintaining customer records
• Managing email correspondence with clients and team members
• Coordinating meetings and scheduling appointments, including conference room bookings
• Ordering lunch for meetings and other office events
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Filing, scanning, and other administrative duties as needed to support the team
• Ensuring office spaces are neat and well-organized.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
• Proven ability to handle and prioritize inbound and outbound calls
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in data entry tasks with attention to detail
• Experience in detail-oriented email correspondence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to schedule appointments effectively
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
