Base Power Company is hiring: Data Analyst (Growth) in Austin

As a Data Analyst, you'll join our Growth & Go-To-Market (GTM) team, gaining practical experience in sales, marketing, and customer support. You'll work directly with our data, team, and customers to contribute on the front-line of a fast growing startup. If you're interested in the intersection of data, technology and people, this role could be a good fit.

Responsibilities:

• Define, query, and develop metrics and dashboards that quantify the health of our growth, operations and business metrics.
• Quickly pull data, conduct analyses that identify issues and opportunities impacting growth, scope improvement initiatives, and manage implementation of changes.
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and support teams to meet targets and improve the processes.
• Document and train internal users and leaders on dashboard and tool usage, assists in troubleshooting.
• Operate automation sequences to improve for conversion rates.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of experience in startups, consulting, manufacturing systems, or a similar analytical role
• SQL, excel, visualization tools
• Interest in customer operations across marketing, sales, and support
• Understanding of technology sales and software products
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Preferred Skills:

• Python
• Familiarity with Zapier & HubSpot (or other CRM systems)
• Relevant experience in startup environment
