We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in the manufacturing industry, located in Garden City, New York. This role offers a contract to employment opportunity. As an HR Recruiter, your main tasks will involve managing large-scale recruitment processes, reviewing resumes, and onboarding new hires through our system. You will also be responsible for recruiting managers for overnight shifts.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment processes for large-scale staffing, ensuring all vacancies are filled promptly
• Review resumes meticulously to identify suitable candidates for various roles
• Onboard new hires efficiently through our system, Paycom
• Utilize platforms such as Indeed for recruitment purposes and handle all related communication
• Recruit managers for overnight shifts, ensuring smooth operations during these hours
• Utilize the Applicant Track System effectively for recruitment processes
• Conduct background checks as part of the recruitment process
• Leverage your skills in ADP- Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for various HR tasks
• Utilize your knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode in appropriate scenarios
• Use your proficiency in CRM and About Time for efficient management of tasks and time.• Proven experience in the Manufacturing industry
• Prior role as an HR Recruiter or similar
• Proficiency with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience with Careerbuilder
• Ability to use CRM effectively
• Experience with About Time software
• Ability to use Applicant Track System efficiently
• Experience in conducting Background Checks
• Familiarity with Benefit Functions
• Excellent Communication skills
