We are in the government sector based in Rialto, California, United States and are currently in search of an Accounting Analyst to join our team. The selected candidate will play a vital role in managing and processing customer applications, maintaining and updating customer records, and handling customer inquiries. The role also requires constant monitoring of customer accounts and taking necessary actions.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications
• Maintain and update customer credit records diligently
• Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary resolutions
• Monitor customer accounts and take required action when necessary
• Efficiently manage accounting functions
• Oversee and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Conduct auditing tasks as and when required
• Handle billing functions meticulously
• Proficiently use Accounting Software Systems including ADP - Financial Services, Ceridian, Concur, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for various tasks.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services.
• Familiarity with Ceridian.
• Knowledge of Concur.
• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.
• Ability to perform Accounting Functions.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Proficiency in Auditing.
• Experience in Billing Functions.
