We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Assistant in Columbia, South Carolina. The successful candidate will be a vital part of our team, ensuring the smooth operation of financial matters. This role requires proficiency in Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CaseWare, Concur, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and SAP.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and accurately process customer credit applications
• Maintain and update customer credit records ensuring data accuracy
• Promptly and effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues
• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary
• Ensure efficient operation of accounting functions
• Handle accounts payable and receivable duties
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
• Utilize CaseWare and Concur for financial management and reporting
• Manage financial transactions and records using ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Use SAP for business operation and customer relationship management.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
• Experience using CaseWare
• Knowledge of Concur
• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Ability to perform all basic Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proficiency in Bank Reconciliations
• Familiarity with SAP software
