Job Description

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a global company with a strong national presence. The Recruiting Coordinator will support 5 Recruiters with virtual interview coordination and opening/closing requisitions. This is a 100% remote contract opportunity! Pay: $24-26/hour DOE.

The qualified candidate has experience scheduling high volume interviews and managing requisitions in a busy recruiting environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with hiring managers and HR Recruitment team to meet high volume recruiting needs.
  • Heavy scheduling; managing calendar invitations.
  • Post positions and requisitions internally and to various job sites.
  • Set up and maintain HR filing system and run regular reports.
  • Manage applicant tracking system, Data Entry.
  • Screen resumes.
  • Assist with job postings and employment reference checks.
  • Coordinate all administrative tasks involved in the recruiting process; running background checks, follow up on drug screens, coordinate interviews, manage email, and phone communication with candidates with pre-screening, interviews, or new hire process.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires.
  • Other support tasks as needed by the HR and Recruiting team.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma required. College degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a recruiting/human resources administrative support role.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft products.
  • Extremely organized with the ability to multi-task without compromising quality or service.
  • Great reliability and attendance.
  • Ability to work independently.
