We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a global company with a strong national presence. The Recruiting Coordinator will support 5 Recruiters with virtual interview coordination and opening/closing requisitions. This is a 100% remote contract opportunity! Pay: $24-26/hour DOE.
The qualified candidate has experience scheduling high volume interviews and managing requisitions in a busy recruiting environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with hiring managers and HR Recruitment team to meet high volume recruiting needs.
- Heavy scheduling; managing calendar invitations.
- Post positions and requisitions internally and to various job sites.
- Set up and maintain HR filing system and run regular reports.
- Manage applicant tracking system, Data Entry.
- Screen resumes.
- Assist with job postings and employment reference checks.
- Coordinate all administrative tasks involved in the recruiting process; running background checks, follow up on drug screens, coordinate interviews, manage email, and phone communication with candidates with pre-screening, interviews, or new hire process.
- Assist with onboarding new hires.
- Other support tasks as needed by the HR and Recruiting team.
- High school diploma required. College degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a recruiting/human resources administrative support role.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft products.
- Extremely organized with the ability to multi-task without compromising quality or service.
- Great reliability and attendance.
- Ability to work independently.
