BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Forklift Operator/ Production Operator Lv2 for an opportunity in Weatherford, TX 76086!

Position Title: Forklift Operator /Production Operator Lv2

Location: Weatherford, TX 76086

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 6+ Months Contract with the possibility of extension

Job Type: Onsite Role

Pay Range: $21.00/hr. – $22.00/hr.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:

Essential Functions/Requirements

·         Some standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, handling, pushing, pulling, and working in small spaces.

·         Lifting is required. Not to exceed 80lbs.

·         Driving will be required to complete certain tasks. Safe operation of a forklift is required.

·         Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential tasks.

Responsibility/Duty      

·         Run multiple pieces of equipment, i.e, batching mixers, packaging line, micro hand add weighing, receives ingredients by truck and rail. 

·         Manufacture products to ensure that they meet specifications, and HACCP requirements. Be knowledgeable and follow FDA rules.     

·         Run REPETE batching equipment, packaging and storage of finished product. Be knowledgeable and follow FDA rules.    

·         Required training for Food Safety and Safety, maintain daily housekeeping             

·         Other duties as assigned              

Required Qualifications

·         High School Education or Equivalent

·         Forklift Experience

·         Basic Computer Skills

Preferred Qualifications

•         At least six months feed production experience preferred.

•         Background in mechanics and maintenance helpful.
